Text Coloring

Select this option image\tickopt.gif if you want to use text coloring in your source files. Text coloring is enabled by default. It uses a set of default colors.

You can customize the coloring from the Workspace Options window (Options window if you are working without a workspace) by changing the Source Coloring settings in the ALL group. You can choose from fifteen distinct colors, and assign them to the text or background of the following:

  • Numbers

  • Strings

  • Keywords

  • Comments

  • Identifiers

  • User

  • Preprocessor

  • Operator

If source coloring is disabled, all text is the same color, usually black.
