If you select Trace Instr Exec, you can specify action to be taken depending on the execution status of the instruction at the specified address.

Ignore

Ignores execution status and matches all instructions at the specified address. Default

Pass

Matches only instructions that executed.

Fail

Matches only instructions that failed to execute.

This option is not available for ETM version 1.0 or 1.2.
