Show Position Relative to Trigger

This option displays the current position relative to the trigger point. If you set a trigger point, this option is enabled automatically, and the relative position is shown by default.

When there is no trigger point specified, or when this option is disabled, RealView Debugger numbers elements in one of the following ways:

  • -M to 0, where M is an integer representing the decrementing element number.

  • 0 to +N, where N is an integer representing the incrementing element number

  • -M to +N, where M is an integer representing the decrementing element number, and N is an integer representing the incrementing element number after 0, the trigger point.

  When you select Show Position Relative to Trigger, the numbering -M  to +N is used.

For ETM-based targets, this option is disabled, and the relative position is always shown.
