This column displays a Delta timestamp value, indicating the time taken between the previous instruction and the current instruction. You can change the format of the values by selecting Scale Time Units from the View menu.

 This column is displayed only when Relative Time is selected in the Trace columns menu, and when either Enable Timestamps or Cycle accurate tracing is enabled in the Configure ETM dialog.
