Setting automatic tracing mode

If you select one of the automatic tracing modes, RealView Debugger collects trace information automatically when your program is executed, and you do not have to set any tracepoints. When you stop the processor, the trace information currently in the buffer is returned to the Analysis window.

To set the automatic tracing mode options, click on the Edit menu in the Analysis window and select Automatic Tracing Mode. Select () one of the options from the sub-menu. For a brief description of the menu options, click the option in the following list:

If you have set a tracepoint, such as a trigger, these options are ignored. Tracing information that matches the tracepoints you have set is always captured and returned to the Analysis window.

If the Analysis window is not open, select Analysis Window from the Code window View menu.
