ARM_top_memory

Allows the ARM semi-hosting mechanism to return the top of stack and base of heap. If not defined here or in the Connection Properties, the default for each tool is used (it is different between Angel, Multi-ICE, and ARMulator). If defined here, it is set in the connection to force this address base when possible.
