This option stores a binary file containing only the timing, address, and type information that RealView Debugger uses to generate the trace information, including any profiling information. When you load a file of this type in the future, RealView Debugger reconstructs the full trace information from these three attributes.

If you load a file of this type in a future trace session, the data values present at the memory locations might be different than those present when you originally saved this file. Errors and warnings will not be stored.
