How do I create a log file?

When you create a log file, all commands are written to it. LOG appears in the task bar at the foot of the Code window to indicate that a log file is open.

Select the Logs and Journalimage\optarrow.gifLog File… option from the Code window Tools menu.

The Select File to Log to dialog is displayed for you to specify the name and location of the file. If you choose an existing log file, you are given the choice of whether to append to the existing file or overwrite it.
