RealView
DebuggerTo start execution, select Run
from the Debug menu, or click
in the toolbar.
In HSD mode, if you have set breakpoints, the processor stops automatically when a breakpoint is reached by any thread, and current thread is set to be the thread that was executing when the processor stopped. You see the state of the current thread in any unattached windows. Attached windows show the state of the thread to which they are attached.
In RSD mode, when a thread triggers a system breakpoint, the thread is made captive, all other threads stay running. Similarly, if a thread triggers a thread breakpoint, the thread is made captive and all other threads stay running. The thread is set automatically as the current thread and you can see its state in any unattached windows. If a thread triggers an HSD breakpoint, the processor stops and RealView Debugger changes to HSD mode.
