Select this option when you have entered a value and you want to specify a length to create a value range for the HW breakpoint. RealView Debugger inserts ..+ following the first value, ready for you to insert the length. If the textbox is empty, RealView Debugger inserts start..+len. Replace start with the start value, and len with the required length.

You cannot mix Mask and Range.
