Select this option when you have entered a value and you want to specify a mask. For example, you might want to mask certain bits so that you identify a specific type of instruction.

RealView Debugger inserts $MASK$= 0xFFFF following the value. You can now amend the mask if you want to.

You cannot mix Mask and Range.
