Multiprocessing - Disconnecting from targets

Connection Control window

You can use the Connection Control window to disconnect from one or more targets:

1.   Click in the toolbar to display the Connection Control window.

2.   Deselect the targets that you want to disconnect.

Code window:

You can use the Target menu options to disconnect from the current connection in an unattached window, or from the attached target in an attached window:

1.   Move the focus to a Code window with the target you want to disconnect named in the Title bar.

3.   Select Disconnect or Disconnect (Defining Mode)… from the Target menu.

When you have disconnected from the selected target:

• The selected connection is terminated

• All active connection lists are updated

• If you disconnected from the current connection, the next connection in the active connection list is made current

• Any windows attached to the selected connection are unattached, and their Title bars and Color boxes updated accordingly.
