Select this option () to turn on tooltip evaluation in the File Editor pane.

Tooltip evaluation attempts to evaluate any text that you hover your mouse pointer over in the source (Src) or disassembly (Dsm) views. If evaluation is possible, a tooltip is displayed with the name of the object and its value.

The option is on by default.
