Set to True if you want to localize RealView Debugger. Code window menus, pane menus, and context menus are displayed in the specified language (English, Japanese or Chinese), and you can use formatting options to display multibyte characters in the File Editor pane, Watch pane, Call Stack pane, and Output pane.

The Default setting is False.
