*.prj (or .apr)\SETTINGS\Vers_checkin

When the project is version controlled using the Lock value, use this setting to specify the action to take when the project settings are saved and the Project Properties window closes.

By default, RealView Debugger prompts to check the file back into your version control software. You can change this so that the file is automatically checked in, or so that no action is taken.
