How do I reload an image?

You can reload an image during a debugging session, in any of the following ways:

• Select the Reload Image to Target option from the Target menu of the Code window.
  Do not use this option for an image that has been unloaded previously

• Click in the toolbar

• Select the Reload option from the Process Control pane Image context menu

• Double-click on the Load value in the Process Control pane.

When you reload an image, all windows and panes are refreshed, and debugger resources are updated.

If you used the Load File to Target dialog to enter a list of arguments or sections, these are not used when you reload. To reuse the arguments and sections, you must either:

• Select Recent Images from the Code window Target menu, and select the relevant image from the list

• Click to Set PC to Entry

• Select Set PC to Entry from the Code window File menu.
