This option stores a binary file containing only the profiling information that RealView Debugger uses.

Unlike with the .trm file, RealView Debugger cannot reconstruct full trace information based on the contents of this file. However, if you want to save only profiling information, it is recommended you use this file type because it takes up much less space than a .trc file type.
