A .trm file is a previously saved binary file containing only the timing, address, and type information that RealView Debugger uses to generate the trace information, including any profiling information. When you load a file of this type, RealView Debugger reconstructs the full trace information from these three attributes.

When you load a file of this type, the data values present at the memory locations might be different than those present when you originally saved this file. A .trm also does not save errors and warnings.
