Configuring profile view options in the Analysis window

You can configure the information that is shown in the Profile tab using the  Analysis window Profiling Data menu.

Click on any of the links in the following list to see a brief description of the option:

• Control which columns are viewed:

First Instance

Time% In Self

Time% Including Children (B=>E)

Range Type

Range Symbol

Address as Value

Exec/B=>E/B=>E Average

Count of Calls

Min/Max Times

Histogram View.

• Specify the call graph data that is displayed:

Parents of Function

Children of Function.

• Control the way that data is interpreted for display:

Ignore Holes in Trace

Use Logarithmic Scale for Histogram

Parent/Child %ages Relative to Whole Time

Parent/Child %ages Relative to Function B=>E

Parent/Child %ages Relative to Parent/Child B=>E

• Control summation of profiling data:  

Sum profiling Data

Zero Profiling Data
