Connection button image\conbut17.gif

If you have a license for multiprocessing, this button is on your toolbar, and it is enabled whenever you make a connection to at least one debug target. If you have made connections to multiple targets, the connection button enables you to cycle through these connections so that you can view information for each of them in turn in any unattached Code windows.

If you are using unattached Code windows to monitor your debugging session, regardless of the number of targeted processors, RealView Debugger displays information related to only one processor, known as the current processor.

Click image\conlist.gif to display a list of the active connections in the order in which they were established. The current processor is indicated by an asterisk (*) before its name. Click on a processor in the list to make it the current processor. The menu option Attach Window to a Connection is checkmarked (image\tickopt.gif) if the window is attached, and the attachment is displayed in the title bar of the window. The window is not necessarily attached to the current processor.

Alternatively, you can use options on the Code window Target menu.

Click image\nextactc.gif to make the next active connection the current processor.

image\lamp.gifIf you are working with a Code window attached to each of your processors, that is, you do not have any unattached windows, you can ignore the concept of current processor.
