Select this option if you want to display char expressions as strings

Displays watches as strings where appropriate. For example, setting a watch on the char variable Ch_1_Glob displays the value as 0x00000041 'A'. If you disable this option, Ch_1_Glob is displayed as 0x00000041. This is enabled by default.
