Open a workspace

You can open a workspace at any time. If you are working in a workspace already, it is closed before the new workspace is opened:

1.   Select Workspaceimage\optarrow.gifOpen Workspace… from the File menu to display a Select File to Open dialog named Select Workspace File to Open.

2.   Locate the workspace that you want to open, and click Open.

3.   If you are working with a workspace, a List Selection dialog is opened showing a list of objects that are open currently. You are prompted to select open objects to close. All the objects are selected by default. Deselect any that you do not want to close. Click OK.

4.   The current workspace is closed, and the new workspace is opened.

5.   If you are not working with a workspace, the new workspace is opened when you click Open in the Select Workspace File to Open dialog.
